Yes. Free delivery and pickup within Prince George city limits.

Deliveries and pickups outside Prince George city limits are subject to mileage fees based on distance. Mileage fees are confirmed prior to delivery.

Mileage fees are calculated based on round-trip distance from Prince George city limits to the delivery address.

Yes. A $49 booking deposit is required to reserve your delivery date and time. The deposit is applied toward your total rental cost.

The remaining balance is due upon pickup and inspection of totes. 

Yes. Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Yes. Customers are responsible for the totes while they are in their possession.

Lost or damaged totes will be charged at replacement cost.

Pickup is scheduled automatically based on your selected rental period.

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to extend your rental period. Extensions are subject to availability.

Packing paper is sold by approximate weight. Each bundle weighs approximately 1.5 lb, which typically equals about 80 sheets.

Due to minor variations in paper thickness and packing, the exact sheet count may vary slightly.
